Ken was born August 10, 1945 in Dover, NJ to Kinnard Woodhull Lee and Robert Lee of Ironia, NJ. Ken was very active as a Boy Scout and in Demolay. He was a Dover High School graduate in 1963. He briefly attended Delhi Tech in NY before working in home construction.

Ken was drafted into the US Army in 1966. He served 2 years Active Duty including 13 months in Korea. After discharge, he joined NJBell as a Lineman up to Installer for 20 years, then was a Communication Systems Analyst for BASF Chemical Corporation for an additional 20 yrs, retiring in 2008.

Ken played the violin in his youth and was a Charter member of the Baroque Ensemble and The Lakeland Youth Symphony. That was where he met the Love-of-his-Life, Joyce Riegel Lee. They shared 1st chair in the Second Violin Section. He was always her best friend and her “Superman – nearly perfect in every way.”

Ken was always busy building, modifying and fixing almost everything. He was an avid hunter and fisherman; enjoyed beekeeping, golfing and RVing. He was a Lifetime Yankee fan. He kept the Home Fires burning providing fuel for our wood-burning stove from 1976 till 2013 when we moved to PA.

Ken was such a strong man – thoughtful and always considerate of everyone’s needs and wishes. He also had the greatest sense of humor!

He is pre-deceased by parents and 1 brother, Robert E Lee from VA.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Joyce; daughter Karen Lee, her partner Mike, and her daughter Katrina; son K.Brian Lee,Jr., his wife Rachael Lee and their 5 children: Morgan, Kenny III, Charlie, Teddy, and Juliet; plus many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 W Harford Street, Milford, PA on Saturday, Sept. 12th, 2026 from 2 to 3:30 PM, with memorial services following at the funeral home at 3:30 PM with Rev. Keith Raser officiating.
